This is in addition to the barn hire price and covers the use of our Civil Ceremonies Licence.
Clients must book and pay for the Registrars themselves, we cannot do that for you.

We can offer an exclusive venue no matter what the occasion.
The Main barn can hold up to 220 people for seated occasions or 280 people for drinks receptions.
Full catering can be provided by one of our trusted suppliers, from canapés to formal dinners. We can provide tailor made bar facilities to suit your event also.

CHURCH
CEREMONIES
For those who may wish to get married in a church ceremony, there are 5 churches locally in Barmby Moor, Allerthorpe, Fangfoss, Thornton or Yapham.
These parishes are all run by Canon Rodney Nicholson, who would be pleased to discuss the details of the services there. Call 01430 650271.
CIVIL
CEREMONIES
Our Barns are registered with East Riding of Yorkshire Council as an approved premisies to hold civil ceremonies.
Our ceremony barn has the capacity for 120 people for a civil ceremony.
Those people considering using the barns as a venue for their wedding ceremony, must contact the East Riding of Yorkshire registrars to book the event with them and to check the availabilty of the registrars on the require date. The fees charged by the registrars are in addition to any fees charged by us for the venue.
There is an additional charge of £300 to the venue hire for holding a civil ceremony at Barmbyfield Barns. Please contact us to discuss the details of this.

If you are looking for a more personal and unique wedding ceremony experience that makes you feel "this is us", Celebration Ceremonies and Weddings specialise in writing, conducting and styling boutique and personal wedding ceremonies in off the beaten track venues and outdoor locations.
Each ceremony is bespoke and a reflection of your personalities capturing what important and meaningful to you. You set the style and tone, and choose which traditions are right for you; there are no compromises and no set etiquette, unless you want there to be of course, just an amazing ceremony held in an amazing place.
As a boutique wedding company you can also tap into their design, styling and co-ordination services. They can be as hands "on" or "off" as you wish. Owner Jan Shillito was one of the first in the UK to become a nationally qualified Independent Celebrant, and is a qualified designer and project manager.
