We're Barmbyfield Barns Ltd, Keldspring Lane, Barmby Moor, York YO42 4HP. This notice covers everything you tell us when you enquire about a wedding, event, or viewing.
Name, email, mobile, the date you're considering, and anything you write in the message box. If you book a viewing in person, we may also note your address and the names of anyone you bring with you.
Replying to your enquiry, sending you our brochure, holding a tentative date, and (with your permission) sending occasional updates about availability, the wedding fair, or last-minute dates.
Enquiries that don't lead to a booking are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Bookings are kept for seven years for accounting and HMRC purposes. You can ask us to delete your data sooner by emailing info@barmbyfieldbarns.co.uk.
Nobody, except where we need to involve a third party you've asked us to (a registrar, a supplier, your photographer). We never sell data. We never share with marketers.
We don't run third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. We use a small amount of storage in your own browser only to remember that you've dismissed our cookie banner. Nothing about you leaves your device through it.
Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk.
